Any advice on negotiating a PMM offer with Meta? Currently a CW converting to FTE. Not sure what level the role is. Heard I will be getting an offer but I don’t have anything in writing yet.

What is that salary after which one shouldn't be negotiating further. Is there an upper limit to that. For e.g if someone is at 10 lpa with 5 yoe he can desire for a 100 percent hike but not someone who is at 20 lpa with 7 yoe. Wanted to know how the yoe and ECTC curve works.

I moved to Bangalore to join a new company and realised it was shitty in a couple of months. Bad management, poor policies, no wlb, narcissistic CEO, consistently late salary,etc. Worked day and night for weeks to ship products.

I'm serving notice period and they're trying to give me a hard time just because they hate me for leaving. They want me to do things that aren't written in company policy documents and cornering me.

I’m currently working with a senior level HR candidate. This individual has a doctorate in business with a focus in HR, her SPHR, Federal, and private sector experience at the singer level, and has a fabulous personality. I’m curious is anyone else having difficulties play some candidates like this? At this point I’m starting to think it’s racial or her sex based of the lack of interest in this candidate. Any thoughts?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

I prepared a presentation for an interview with a sales leader, it went well and I was offered a final interview with regional manager. The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?
