Anyone still use a pager? I feel like I get weird looks sometimes for carrying mine around but I came from industry and this was more common, not in the consulting environment from what I've seen 🤔

How is everyone’s workload? I was insanely busy the last month but the past week or so has slowed significantly.

Anyone here work in change management with an attorney title? Or is it primarily compliance folks? Curious to learn the dynamic at other financial institutions - If it’s mostly attorneys or compliance specialists handling regulatory changes...

How is the company culture?

Thoughts on moving from med tech to manufacturing? I moved from in-house tech to in-house med tech a couple years ago. Now, given the poor WLB, I am considering making the move out of tech, despite it being an exponentially growing industry. With all the changes in privacy laws re: marketing/advertising, I believe manufacturing would still offer good privacy experience. Thoughts?

Any thoughts on how do we deal with an incompetent boss who you dont look up to and have no trust that you would ever get credit for the work you would do for him/her? Given that changing the boss is not an option.
