Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏
What’re UX designers making at big tech?
Fishes, OK so this is true. Wipro is delaying the joining by half a month due to some restrictions or organisational changes & not ready to compensate for that half a month loss of salary. Very rude & absurd behaviour from them. Hence rejecting the offer as such company if u aren't sure when to ask for joining u may revoke the offer letter later on. Hence multiple options in hand is necessary nowadays. Infosys Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies
I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

Like 500-600k cash comp and like a 3M carry
How do you get into PE ops?……
Read the report above. Gives you a breakdown of pre-PE roles/functions
What are your hours like in PE Ops?
Echo the above (50-60 hour including travel), the flexibility can’t be understated since there are way fewer arbitrary deadlines to adhere to
Hey OP, I’m starting to explore opportunities exiting Management Consulting and would love to learn more about the role of a VP in PE Ops. Would you be willing to chat?
Don't take this the wrong way, just curious. What does an ops role do at a larger fund that allows them to earn carry? Are you basically AM and overseeing business plan execution? I work at a boutique and handle acq and AM work so when I think ops I think back office processing like in IB
Is this common for PE Ops? I usually think PE Ops = inhouse consulting but not operators unless at MD level
How big is your latest fund and AUM?
Mentor
This is key as a driver for cash and carry compensation (and sector too - for example real estate and infrastructure pay less)
My guess is that OP is more MM/LMM and low single digital billion in AUM
I work in PE ops (VP, 11 YOE) and like my firm a lot but am falling below the benchmark averages. Any tips on negotiations with current employer to increase?

@OP, Is it $1M carry each year you receive? Or $1M over the life of a fund?
Oh OK 👍🏾. Sounds good 👌🏾
Looking into this space and it’s all over the map but generally on cash comp
VP: $400K base and bonus (I see this as being a bit lower for folks just entering the space and then ramping up to $400K on average and more as you reach the next level)
Operating Principal: $600K base and bonus
Carry all over the place but the report above was the best resource.

Happy to hear from others as well

Excuse the ignorance but what is Carry?
Carry or carried interest is the GP’s share of fund profits after LPs have received their returns over a specific hurdle rate.
