Hello All, I run a technology consulting practice. We work with strategy consulting & advertising teams as their extended technology team.

We have started a blockchain, Web 3.0 & NFT related business unit. We are working with Polygon, Flow Blockchain & Ethereum based solutions.

Can anyone help me wrap my head around this post Series C start-up equity offer? It’s an IP director position, the the base is $170 with 10% bonus (both lower than I was expecting). There’s also an equity component: 0.15% of current fully diluted equity. This equates to about 30000 shares at a strike price of $2. They also indicate the preferred stock price is $6 and preferred stock equity is $188k (whatever that means). They are in the middle of a new financing and valuation round.
