Accenture joining delayed twice — “tool glitch”? Anyone else facing this?

Was supposed to join by end of this week. Two days prior, HR pushed it to Monday citing a “tool glitch” on their end. Now saying it could slip to Wednesday if unresolved.

Anyone else hit this “tool glitch” reason for delayed joining recently? Trying to figure out if it’s a genuine system issue (onboarding/BGV tool down) or something else like a headcount hold. Would appreciate hearing how it played out for others.
