Moving to Toronto from Dallas ( ex human capital consultant). I am in advanced discussion in joining TD bank in their change management team (as a senior manager). Anyone have an idea around salary? Work culture at TD? And exit opportunities if I want to find another role in Toronto down the line?

Hi Fishes, i am an MBA who joined IBM and became a data scientist. I don't want to pursue my whole career in tech related things or coding( which is what i do moat of the time now). Being an MBA i want to more of functional role of lead or head. Don't know how to make that transition and if it will be good looking at the current swing towards tech related roles. Really confused... Any suggestions will be welcome!

I’m completely failing as acting senior. I’m a new associate (<6 months exp.) and I’ve been placed in this pseudo acting senior role since a few members of our team left. I find myself dropping the ball in a near daily basis now that we’re approaching end of year. My team is super supportive/nice but I feel like they are at there breaking point with me and my incompetence. Anyone been in a similar situation?

Im a fresher, took loan to pursue Data Sc. course. From non-CSE bg, worked hard n got good at it, was top student there. I was relying on the placement pool to get analyst job as a fresher. Got placed a week in a intern+job offer as analyst. Ws very happy until joining, they told that there are no analyst roles! The JD was very vague. They lied to me and now I'm stuck with a loan and the wrong domain. God has been very harsh on me. I'm desperately searching a Data Analyst referal. Please help.

I am a construction project manager and have managed very high end 40,000 + custom estate projects. I am looking to do residential development projects as well but need a finance partner. The designer I work with doesn’t really come with an agenda or points to discuss during the working sessions with the team. I’m having trouble figuring out how to best collaborate. Should I be the one setting the pace and points of discussion for these meetings? Or should it be designer led? How do you all as product managers work with design? What have you found helpful?

Anyone dealt with age discrimination at work or thought they were fired because of it? I have a strong hunch I was let go because I'm older than most of the team and they're trying to get a "fresh perspective." To me it just sounds like they're firing anyone over 50.
