Little bit of both if I'm being honest. I don't love it here, but I don't hate it either. And the thought of starting over somewhere new where I have to prove myself all over again sounds exhausting.

This is exactly how I feel but the thing on top of feeling this way is that I’m almost at my cap for my position and want to move on but again I just don’t want to start over! The thought of this is exhausting!
I'm more or less content at my current job because I don't really have any constant hassles. And with the job market really lousy right now, I'm grateful to be hanging on to the position I've got. I'd consider moving on if some great offer happened to come along, but I'd be worried that the stress at the new job would make me miss my current situation. You just never know what you might be jumping into.

This is true you never know and this is scary especially in this economy. What if it’s worst than where you are? Plus if you have been with your current company a while you don’t know the stability of the other company as well, but you do know yours. It’s scary to say the least.
