I hate to admit it but I can't stand my parents. I am grateful to them but really can't be around them for more than a day. I feel like a horrible person.

With how challenging things are right now I constantly feel hopeless and stressed. Never had this much internal dialogue around anxiety before. I get stuck in my own negative thoughts. A lot. At first I didn’t think it was anything but now it’s been months, I’m starting to think it’s some sort of condition. I’m afraid it might be imposter syndrome. For those 🐠 that has gone thru something similar before, could you share your experience finding care and therapy? Any tips and advice?

Has anyone had success having regular intellectual small group meetings with close friends around emerging topics? What worked? What didn’t work?
