I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I am currently a care coordinator with one of the big insurance companies. I want off the phone, I have been applying for Rn jobs in utilization but have not gotten the last 5-6-7 I applied for, I lost count… I am thinking more analytics and business side of things now. I finished my MSN LM to maybe stand out from the large amount of applicants they get. BUT I have no experience in analytics.. so I have a chance? How do I get training in tableau, sql, interqual, project management, alteryx..

My wife recently put in her two weeks and half the people she worked with are just ignoring her messages. They asked to work longer but bc of her new company she cant. Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me. I passed the HR screen, did an interview with who would be my) supervisor and the team lead, and am now doing a coding test.

I am familiar enough with the language (React) and pushing updates to Git in order to complete the test, but I'm afraid when I do a panel with the team to review my design, I'll end up making a fool of myself.
