Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

It's hard to mesh family dynamics. I think it's important to handle the different dynamics as they come. I try my best to be accepting of the different POVs and hope they get it too. It can feel like you're just floating on a small boat in the middle of an ocean when it comes to handling such matters. Just don't over impose yourself and end up being the 'enemy'
My in laws live halfway across the country from each other and interact every couple of years.

Been married over a decade now and can count on one hand how many times my in-laws have all been together. In a sense, it is nice that they come together, but if it is just a disaster waiting to happen, I can understand the frustration. I would just be on the same page as my spouse and let everything else go.
It's not just the in-laws. My parents and in-laws don't get along and it's starting to ruin our lives. We're planning to start a family, and I'm scared of how it's gonna pan out.
