I started a new company in August as a recruiter. After a month I was moved into a Talent Acquisition Manager position. It all seems great but I have a boss who comes resounds to me when she wants to and doesn’t when she doesn’t. But when she responds she comes in with yelling at me. I get paid $90k with potential of $95 in two months. I handle recruitment, employee relations and onboarding. I’m not sure if this company is a great fit. What other companies are paying 18 dollars and hour as a production artist? My job is to design pins, coins, lanyards, and all other sorts of products to then be prodded out to show a customer. They get free revisions and I am supposed to prof out them as fast as possible.

In india currently earning 28 lpa and got a job opportunity in jp morgan glasgow Uk(via referral) for 60000 pounds. But they are not providing any flight tickets or any initial accommodation. No relocation assistance at all.

I am a multiple time founder, ran my company for 4 years, a self funded startup, so no concept of salary. My last CTC with a US based firm as a consultant was USD 96000 until Jan 2021 (I was residing in India).
I have an offer in hand from a startup for 90 LPA + 1Cr worth of ESOPs.
