If I am a summer 2016 intern who started full time in July of 2017 is my hire date before or after 2017 for the purpose of 401k vesting? As in am I fully vested or on the multi year schedule?

If I retire when I'm 58 and withdraw my traditional 401k at 59.5, will I be taxed at a bracket of little to no income since I stopped working?
Any legit uncommon investments options that a professional Financial advisor would recommend? (PS - I am already into stocks, 401k, fundrise, crypto). Thanks in advance!

Just looked at my 401k and already lost upwards of 25K. I know I should keep my money where it is-But really thinking hard about not contributing to my 401k and putting that money into savings account
Just came across this thought experiment in Dan Ariely’s The Upside of Irrationality on our need for meaningful work. How did this man get in my head? 😅 “Imagine you work for some company and your task is to create PowerPoint slides. Every time you finish, someone takes the slides you’ve made and deletes them. As you do this, you get paid well and enjoy great fringe benefits...How happy would you be to work at such a place?”
What are your most creative ways to maximize benefits of expenses without being unethical/fraudulent?
Why is my ass drinking a $5 Starbucks drink and eating a $15 salad for lunch when I no longer get per diem. Need to reevaluate my life
Having been prospecting business owners for some time now, I am asked about 401k plans quite often. I am curious how you are managing the assets...do you offer a menu of investment options?

Leaving a job due to what I perceive is bullying. Is providing honest feedback during exit interview burning bridges? Perceived bullying is by a specific manager who just got promoted to CISO.
Thinking about going from fed to commercial, thoughts for those who travel M-F and have a family? Doable or unrealistic/unsustainable?

I am on a H1B visa in the States and the amount of stress it has caused me recently is ridiculous. It's so hard to just move though when you've settled in and made a home for yourself.
What’s do the typical exit roles to industry look like for an M from D with 8-10 YOE? I feel like the only traction I’m seeing is for Senior Program Manager roles for non-FAANG companies (San Diego based FWIW). Are these just a lateral move or a downgrade since these are all individual contributor roles?
Just saw a banner ad for Smirnoff. Headline: Welcome to the FUN percent. Y’all need to stop it with this nonsense.
My current H1B expires in August and my extension petition filed last week under premium processing got an RFE yesterday. How long does the law firm usually take for RFE responses? contd..

I’ll go first. Ogilvy had me jump through many hoops, ghosted me, called me back a year later for more interviews, then ghosted me again.
Project is at a beverage company. While on client site I never drink the said beverage... out side of work I'm chugging it. What's wrong with me?
I have accepted a new role and had hoped to go on vacation before. I had planned on being away the week of Labor Day but my new manager has indicated he wants me to work that week. I can change the dates I have the accommodation for either of the 2 subsequent weeks but then I would be burning through half of my PTO. Would I be starting on the wrong foot if I told them I cannot start when my manager wants me to?
I’m transferring to a new city and service line (same firm) in March. I’m also planning to leave in March 2021 for my MBA. Would leaving after 11 months look bad?
