I have $20k in savings, I owe $6,000 to my 401k loan, that’s the only loan I got. I am debt free otherwise except for my house. Should I use my savings to pay off? Since people are talking about unemployment and being fired, I wanted to make sure I have enough, 👩🏾‍💻... What should I do? I initially took the loan to add to my home equity when I sell my house for a new house then covid hit.

I was told by a head hunter that my resume needs an executive summary. This is new for me since im used to objectives. I come from a purchasing/customer service background and graduating with my associates im drafting and design in a week. I don’t know how to tie those together. How does BGV happen if one of the previous company has shut down & there is no contact with it's HR or any of the previous employees?

Does MNC's like IBM or Wipro revoke the offer in case BGC fails due to above reason?

How much time generally it takes after HR round? After HR round i got mail for submitting documents(Academics and LTI specific Employment form etc) and interview process completion email. I have submitted everything. Please suggest
