Recently interviewed for a position at Citi. I received a post interview questionnaire. Does that mean I am progressing in the process and will send an offer? Also, can someone provide salary insight for AVP/C12 Financial Analyst in Tampa?

How long does it take to hear back from the hiring recruiter/manager after completing post interview questionnaires? From what I’ve been told I should expect a offer letter soon but I understand nothing is promised until I get it on paper lol. The recruiter I’ve been working with has been very unresponsive. I have another job offer(small company) but I much rather work with Citi. Any tips on how to proceed? Just wait it out? Reach out to the recruiters manager (don’t like this option)?
