I really like my fitness pal. I can track everything right there and my trainer can see it. Its very user friendy.
As someone who keeps forgetting to drink water, I like Plant Nanny. Easy reminder for that because being hydrated is a good step to being healthy.
Pokemon Go. Really does help encourage walking or biking outside. A few of my pts have come back to tell me it helped them start a regular exercise habit, which helped them with various issues (weight, SAD/depression, anxiety, post-op knee mobility). More than a few said it was a low-pressure way to start getting fit.
