Comp question - what should a B4 Senior with a CPA, CFF, CFE, and a MBA with 4 years forensic exp (D&T) and 6+ years non-forensic exp (industry) in NYC and DC markets expect in this current climate?

How long do you have to stay for the Manager and Senior Manager bonuses to vest? What are the requirements for these levels if you want to leave, but keep the bonus?

Seeking comp/recruiter help! I am a first year non equity partner at a firm in the middle of the AMLAW200 in a midsize market. Comp at our firm is not formula based and my comp will be in the low 200k range this year. I will have roughly $500k in collections in 2021 on matters I originated or inherited ($100k of my own worked time and the rest worked by other lawyers).
