When consulting firms do layoffs, is it across all levels? For example 20% at each level Analyst, consultants, managers, and partners? Or do they lay-off by high costs aka management?

Inflated market comp for associates is killing profitability. Might be ok at the very top ~20 most profitable firms, but it's hard to sustain, even for bottom half of V50.

Which agencies regardless of cache have the best culture? I have a rare (< 20 cases) skin condition near my vulvar area that causes mini bumps that resemble warts almost. I am extremely insecure about it and the laser treatment will take the course of this entire year. I’ve met a guy I liked and I want to hookup with him but I am terrified what he will think.
