I am currently serving notice period . I want an early release from the notice period also I am currently on bench . But the hr is not releasing me . I have given medical documents in support of this but still they are just giving me leaves not the early release. Also my approver had approved for the early release but it is stuck with the hr they are not releasing me .

Hi all, I’m looking to learn about how one can transition from PwC AC to PwC India.
I joined PwC AC Bangalore as a fresher and have been working here for 13 months.
I was randomly assigned to SAP, but I’ve realised I really want to move away from this and move towards what I originally planned on pursuing i.e. data analysis, I was already well versed in ML and DL with python.
If anyone has made a similar transition, it would be great if you could help me understand how do I go about this.

Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). I have a degree in marketing, but I am having a hard time landing interviews since I’ve never had a strictly marketing only role. Can anyone provide any advice, or has anyone successfully moved away from sales?
