Agency has seen a lot of turnover due to layoffs and departures. How much notice would you expect a group creative director to give with that context?

I’m struggling at work with illness. The issue is I don’t want to get fired, and I know FMLA only applies to people who’ve been at their firm at least a year. Is there anything those of us who have under a year can do to take a leave without potentially being fired over it?

Any SMs at Accenture making $340k all in or am I being cray? For Base, RSU, bonus, sign on bonus?Going through a recruiter and they asked what my expectations were after divulging a $275k initial. They are also saying $235k base is out of question. Really? When in industry I had EDs working for me who were 28 yo making $250k! And that was 10 years ago. Have an offer in hand for an AmLaw100 lockstep. Corporate / M&A mid level associate. Didn’t use a recruiter (attorney referral from inside firm). Mostly satisfied with the offer. Procedurally how should I go about negotiating things like signing bonus, full bonus vs pro rated bonus / Covid bonus eligibility? Obviously this would normally be done recruiter to recruiter. Do I contact the internal recruiter or one of the head partners I interviewed with? Email vs call?

Have offers at S& and Deloitte S&A in tech strategy. D base pay is 20% more than S&. S& pay is top of cohort. Great problem to have BUT extremely confused with decision. My priorities are strat work, exit opportunities(preferably tech), peers and pay. Looking for general advice and specific insights on points below - 1.
