I have 6 YOE. Joined TechM (at 10.5lpa) on 2021 Sep.

I have an offer from CTS (20lpa). Now that I've decided to leave, my PM has agreed to increase 5lpa and is very confident that I will travel onsite in Q1, next year for 2 years (he is ready to get this emailed by his manager).

I am having second thoughts TBH. What would you have done in my situation, and why?

Hi! I interviewed for a Digital Marketing Analyst for an agency for Data Center and Telecom PR/ Tech. Since we are virtual country wide, he asked what my salary requirement would be for this role. I haven’t had this type of position before and am unsure what to say. I want to reach for the stars but don’t want to come across with a scary offer. Can anyone advise or have any salary ranges? No info on Glassdoor for salaries at the company! I will be living near the SF Bay Area.

Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.
