I joined Genpact from HCL, facing issues with PF merge, it was found that while working at HCL my PF account was maintained as a non-pension holder, but ever since my first organization it has been a pension member.

I have raised grievance request on HCL PF Trust portal.
Still want to know what can be done in future as I understand if there is no Pension amount transferred the future PF merge might get rejected.HCL Technologies Genpact
