Heya!!! I’m interviewing next week for a Sr Account Manager role @ a digital mkt agency.
The interviewer asked me to send in my salary expectation before we talk. This is a little bit challenging to me. Talk numbers.
The position ask for at least 4 years experience. I have 6.
I want to ask for a fair amount because I do think I can bring much value to the company.
Also don’t want to compromise just because I’m out of work at the moment. Do you guys have a suggestion ? TIA!!!

What materials did you use to prep for consulting interviews? Websites, books, programs, case books, etc

Hey y'all! I'm about to start being a manager of a new temp to hire employee, and to be honest, I'm terrified I will either be a pushover or be over demanding due to how deadline driven the proposal writing process is and lack of the ability to say no to some people who bring the proposals to me to write. Do you have any advice on how to start learning to manage others? I currently mentor a few new grads to help them learn the basics of how to work in different sectors as a professional.

Background check at KPMG got dinged because of job title discrepancy. I put the job titles on the online job posting instead of the formal HR titles that they gathered (which I did not know about). Has this happened to anyone before? I am freaking out !

Question for paid search experts who have big agency experienc (e.g. big 4, dentsu, etc.) - is it considered standard to use SKAG instead of STAG, and use alpha/beta structures?...even with the changes Google has made to phrase and exact match? The various agencies I've worked at (small agencies) never use that method.

Working at a Big company where you spend most of the time in following with different teams, and very less time in actually developing a feature, but socially you are praised because of the reputation of the organisation.

On a contrary working for a start-up where you spend most of the time in design and development, but socially you need to spell out the name of the organisation, just to make that clear 😅
