Had a final Deloitte interview yesterday for a Workday HCM consultant in Chicago. Not sure I’ll get an offer but if I do what would be an appropriate salary for this role?

Hi fishies 🐠 I’m an Art Director that’s trying to transition over to UX Design. I have experience building websites and some previous freelance work doing some UI/UX. What’s the best route to transition over and would I need to apply for entry level roles? Does an AD role with a UI/UX focus even exist? Is there a legal way for an international student in the US to earn money on the side?

I work at a medical device manufacturing plant as a training coordinator, I have a military background and a degree and am trying to advance but am feeling stuck. I am a literal jack of all trades, and am trying to get out of the hourly life, I’m working an average of 100 hour weeks and have been for at least the last 6 months.

a few weeks ago we had a super busy day with scripts and i think i went into ‘autopilot’ because i don’t remember it happening, but i handed out the wrong prescription to someone (before you get mad, i only started a few weeks ago and i’m a junior assistant), out of all people i could’ve given the wrong medication to, it was a blind person. i have severe anxiety already and want to know some tactics to go back to work without guilt? i take guilt very heavy and struggle to get past it all

Sent 2 policy limits demands. Adjuster offered $60k both times because they don’t see a “causal relationship” without offering us any articulated supporting facts.

The insured is a Radiologist, he appears to own a home valued over $2M.
