INTP here with 5+ years in consulting. For my personality type, I should have been in a lab or writing code somewhere with minimal interaction but I am have been out here “managing stakeholders and sucking up to demon partners/clients“. Should I stay or should I go get my masters in computer science/data science so that I would get to do what I am really comfortable with? Will not get to be in a leadership role in future it I think that’s okay..
I’ve only been working for 8 months but I really hate it, I know everyone says you shouldn’t leave before making senior but has anyone else jumped before a S.postion? What kind of exit opportunities?

🐠 fam, looking for some advice. Currently an SC making 100k. I have been acting as Manager on all of my engagements for the past year; identifying new sale oppy's, leading pursuits, getting follow-on work signed, etc. Have very consistent feedback from my clients about the quality of my work, some even bluntly asking "why aren't you a Manager yet"... all consultants are underpaid, so I know I'll just go play my little 🎻 ... but really, I'm not being compensated for the role I'm filling [cont]

Trigger warning: abusive relationship ISO advice on addressing a (very) bad undergrad year due to abuse in personal essay. I’m taking on my MBA as I was laid off due to COVID-19 and the market is tight out there right now. One thing that’s always held me back is that I had a horrible senior year, which killed my otherwise stellar GPA. I was in a dangerous abusive relationship that year and was lucky to even make it out. I did graduate and now, 10 yrs later, I have a strong resume behind me.
What is the average experienced Manager salary for the Financial Services Deals / DDV practice at PwC?
Not saying that United is wrong or break any rules/laws/contract. Hell, they were right by the rule book both times. Could have handled the situation better/friendlier/more compassionate though.
Question for you sales and saas guys. I work for a fast growing startup and we are billing around 200 K a month. I am in charge of the sales team and our CFO mandates that we collect ACH payment information on every agreement. The problem with this is we have to reel in micro deposit amounts from customers and it feels like herding cats. I’ve worked for three great tech companies and I’ve never had ACH nor have I ever paid for services with ACH. Is this a totally dated process?
