Question for PwC peeps — are tax senior managers and directors the same role? Or do you have to be SM —> director —> partner?

Thanks for adding more hoops for us to jump through. Becoming a principal in KM has always been a question mark. I've been here close to a decade now and I thought I could at least become a senior director (like AP - both the position and the person) in a few years. Now I find there's another level to grind through and burn myself out with politics to reach the top. Truly, 2022 has been a horrible year at ZS. I feel like I've returned to a totally different company after the pandemic.

I’m so bored. My husband of 1 year is the most boring person I have ever been this close to. Hair care: what’s a shampoo/conditioner that you like? I used to use head and shoulder as a kid and have tried a couple of shampoo that are meh.

I’ve tried giseou but the lather was weak and the conditioner was not the best.
Moroccan oil shampoo is kinda heavy on my head but haven’t tried the conditioner.

Hair profile: very thick wavy dry hair. I also have a dry scalp but have other treatments for that. Looking for a hydrating effect. Only was 3 times a week.
