Dec 2024 - 0% hike (coz I joined after June 30)
Dec 2025 - 0% hike & No PPP (RTO not met, salary on higher median for LA role & no budget under RM)

Promising to give promotion mid-year in FY2026. Do we have a mid-year promotion cycle.? If yes what would be the hike % from LA to AC role.?

I had an offer from CGI for 14lpa two months ago. I rejected it as I received an offer from a product based company for 19lpa+5L stocks. Now I am not able to handle the pressure in this Product company and want to go back to CGI. Can I apply to CGI again? Will they take me? Is there any duration to apply again. Please help.
