I just got laid off — anyone else get hit this round? ☹️

Just received a verbal offer from Deloitte Healthcare Ops and Transformation. The salary would be a big bump, technically taking a demotion from SC -> C

I know they laid off people a while back and are now hiring again. Should I be worried about job security at all?

How do you handle people’s kids showing up on video meetings? Screaming, kicking, hamming it up, (wasting time.) Everyone else is coo-ing…I’m not a kids person. How do I easily find any cells that are hard coded vs formula? I have 10,000 rows of data and column F is supposed to be a formula based on columns C and D, without clicking into all 10k cells in column F how can I make sure formulas are there and not accidentally hand keyed over?

Now with freshworks, last round is pending.

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.
