I am considering accepting a tesco offer. Here are my current options: 1. Tesco - SDE2, 50L full fixed. 2. Walmart - IN4, total around 50L(per year) -35 fixed, RSU 8L, variable 8L(4 year vest). 3. 1. How does EPAM compare to Amdocs? Regarding the job satisfaction, projects, Permanent WFH, etc.

In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?
2. Is their any disadvantage between A&M FDD compared to B4 FDD in terms of exit ops down the road? Trying to look 5 years down the line

I was a fresher when i joined wipro
My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?
