My old company has just made an Instagram post about supporting women even though when I worked there none of the women held Managment positions nor senior positions within the tech team. And now there is even less women working there.
They’ve used an image of me and two other women that no longer work there, one of whom was fired during covid.
It was taken during an event (at which I spoke at, and they still distribute the recording from)
Am I able to do anything? Can I get them to remove it?
