Any suggestions on how to continue helping a new employee in our dept when they do not take notes? I am always willing to help, but it is becoming frustrating to constantly go over the same thing. I have expressed that because our dept does so many things that it is good to take notes over the things we are going over. When our MGR was out of town I spent a large amount of time being patient and helping her all throughout the day. It is now taking time from the task that I need to work on.

So, my HCM experience was SAP thereafter my experience has been with specialized application that serve different HR functions - e.g Clearcompany, Orange, Goco, JazzHR . I see jobs with Workday experience required. Is there a certification out there for Workday. I personally have no doubt of me picking up Workday because of knowing and Implementing SAP/HR and working with the specialized applications...and being in software development but if it helps to "qualify me in" I would do it.

Just got a job offer doing estate planning/probate (which is what i’ve wanted to do since graduating law school, it’s just been hard to come by during my job search) for 20K less than what I’m making now and no health insurance, but if i generate business I can make a commission. It’s a small firm but I have been assured that I would be mentored. I’m currently working in big law but i hate it and mentally/physically don’t see myself lasting another month there. Hello everyone, hope everyone is doing well.
I need some help with project , last october i got diagnosed with B Cell ALL in CMC vellore. The whole course of medication is of 3 yrs, in which 6 months continuous chemo (if no reaction else it stretches) so i had to live in hospital vicinity.Since october been on leave without pay & joined back in july. Its been 45 days& HR is asking to accept some bench extension program. I might need to apply for leave without pay again.They can also terminate me
