How much is Amgen paying for a senior associate role with 4yrs of experience?

They have offered me 22 base...my current base is 17 : AC at ZS.... Are the numbers good or should I ask for more for the switch?

They usually give 21 or 22 as fixed for senior associate but you can negotiate further but they won’t revise your fixed pay but can offer you joining bonus.

They also look at years of experience and as per what i have seen in my team 22 base at 4 yrs exp is good and very less chances that they will go beyond this. You can try once but they are becoming stricter and stricter with the year of exp criteria & salary band for past 3-4 months. Considering this fact i am surprised they even offered 22 base at 4 yrs.

I took a temporary job as an attorney advisor at the SBA this past fall b/c it offered a regular paycheck, and my solo practice was suffering b/c of the pandemic. I like the work. I like working from home. Anyone have any insight into the possibility of this temp job becoming permanent. Did the SBA hire you permanently when your temp position ended? How did that happen?

My manager basically gave me an unlimited budget to get whatever certifications I want. My career profile is similar to a Solution Architect- what should I get? I am thinking about Okta (I do some SAML work), Domo, ITIL, Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Six Sigma, anything else? I have AWS Cloud Practitioner already. I am hoping to pivot to Product Management or Data Science.

Hello fishes,
i have an offer of X amount from jp morgan and x+ 3.5L from Mphasis, my joining is within a week, I asked counter offer from HR, she said we will look if there is any backup candidate to fill that position then we will not do counter and it will impact my DOJ also since offer approval process takes around 2 weeks. should i wait or should i join on my current doj. and also if i will wait will they give me another doj on my current compenstion or they will revoke the offer past doj?
