Any idea on salary range for a digital product manager (5-8 yrs experience) at a Fortune 100 CPG company? Going through interview process now and want to make sure I anchor appropriately.

One of my friend is searching for a Job as a Fresher. He learnt sql and spring boot. He completed his Btech in 2019 but he has few backlogs which he cleared in 2021(In 2 years gap he was engaged in social media management and website management for an Ecommerce site) . Recently he gave interview for Infosys but they kept his profile on hold not sure about the reason. Please guide him in getting the Job.

Currently interviewing at JPMorgan in their CIB division for a associate operations role. Have met with 5 people for two different teams and another person for another team, all of which I believe are 3 total open positions for 3 different teams.
