Interview question: I get a lot of interviews but no offers. They like my portfolio but I don't think I'm able to sell myself. I'm a good employee, asset to the team and not a weirdo. Any suggestions?

Just got done interviewing for a job after a layoff and spoke to at least 40 comp/recruiters and endless calls over 3mos. Good news: I landed a new job Bad news: The hiring process is completely broken and non- human. 7interview processes Ghosted by half after first interview. Managers repeating their spiels after we already talked before. Delays. 2 verbal offers rescinded for internal candidates. Crazy behavioral quizzes. Rec not having courtesy to respond. It’s bad. Thoughts? Similar?

Pretty sure co-worker is having his exit interview right now. Was talking about getting fired last week but first meeting with mgr signaled no firing. He looked super sad going in... 😕

Would love anyone’s insight on this. I am an AM and have been working in media for the past 5 years. I’m trying to transition internally from Sales to Marketing. I interviewed but didn’t get the role and the hiring manager suggested I take a course to fill in the gaps in my experience. I looked into the courses and they are about $5k. My question is - is it reasonable for a company to expect me to pay for this development or should the company cover those costs and invest in their employee?

Interviewed at Workday and got an offer: OTE $205 with a 70/30 base/commission split. With $40K RSUs. Thoughts? This is for a senior presales consultant, I come from 8 years of industry experience and 1.5 of presales experience.

I had recently interviewed for TIAA for the position of BI analyst but failed to crack the SQL round of interview due to my nervousness. I am really pressed and demotivated after my rejection.I made sure to be prepared in SQL and I wish to be interviewed in TIAA again. Will they consider my profile again?

I have Finished Six sigma Green belt & after adding that on Resume along with 5 years of Warehouse experience, i got few interviews & was offered around 60k a year
Currently i am about to give CSCP (Certifed supply chain professional) exam.
