Hi all. I have applied for Oracle PL/SQL job opening at BOFA. How many rounds of interview will happen and what are they? And my YOE : 6.6 my current CTC is 14.68LPA. How much should be my expected CTC?

I know a young designer looking to make some connections (coffee, info interviews, agency tours, etc). She's great/talented and my agency wants to hire her but haven't pulled the trigger. Leads?

I had first and second round interviews for a specific role at a company—and even discussed salary range with the recruiter during first round—then I get an email from the recruiter saying the SVP and ACD I interviewed with loved me and thought I’d be a great fit, and that she’d be in touch when a position opens up that matches my skills and level. Has anyone ever had something like this happen? I’m so confused, because the role was for my skills and level.

I Appeared for an interview for RPA - Automation Anywhere. I didn't got any response after the interview. Then when I reached hiring manager through LinkedIn I got to know I cleared all the rounds but my expected cts is high so they might have rejected. First thing is I never said what I am expecting . And I clearly told In managerial round that I am open for salary discussion.

But no one responded. Will I get the call back in time? Or I just leave it and go ahead with other companies?

I had a second round interview for an industry job this week and it went well. I am hopeful I might get an offer from them. However, i am currently starting a large client audit starting next week and I’m the only senior on the job. Do you think it would be bad to leave as this new client is starting?

Hi y’all. So I haven’t technically onboarded for my firm yet, I’m suppose to start in 3 weeks. One of the projects I’m going to be put on requested to have a little interview with people of the team so I had mine today. The “interviewer” didn’t really seem to think I was qualified for this project at the end of the conversation (agree to disagree with him on that). Regardless, am I in trouble for not fitting his criteria/selling myself enough…kinda worried on my manager’s response….

What’s the dress code for virtual interview these days? I’m planning on wearing a plain white button down. Is wearing a tie/jacket necessary?

In October, I have a wedding basically every weekend. Since I started work, I’ve missed a lot of weddings and have deeply regretted it. One family wedding I missed ended up being the last opportunity I would have had to see a beloved family member. I have weddings virtually every weekend of October. Has anyone had trouble communicating this to their firm? I’m a corporate junior associate (3rd yr), so taking weekends off isn’t something I can usually do (esp 3 in one month).

I currently work in Private (GA) Aviation & have for some time (about 12 years) I’m currently making the switch to the Department of Aviation and am unsure if I should ditch my current job (in private) and go full force with the DOA & embrace this new opportunity educationally and gather as much experience as I can or keep both jobs even though I’d be working 80hr weeks.. I love the private world but am really ready to move up. I don’t know what I should do. Any suggestions?
