I had a final round interview as a senior accountant at a company. I know they had 3-4 candidates in the final round also. I’m pretty sure I was the last one to interview out of them. The final interview was in the office with the 4 people of the team. Right after I emailed the internal recruiter of the company to ask around when a decision would be made. She responded quick and said they will reach out within a week after team makes a decision. Is that good or bad? Could it be either?

I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.

I currently work as intern in one of the big 4, now I got an opportunity In deloitte with a package of 7.6l lpa (6l fixed, 1l joining ,bonus & 60k variable) for the same job role. it is through cmpus placement & recruiting us as freshers. I do have another 3 yrs of experience but it was for other role. considering the experience that i have ,is there any chance for me to negotiate in the salary?
please advise
