At what income level does it make sense to contribute more to traditional 401k over Roth 401k for company ?

I know it always depends, but what is a good target comp range in HCOL for someone who has 3 YOE in MBB/T2/B4 consulting out of undergrad?

Looking for opinions. I’m an IW with 2 yrs experience working from home at a Fortune 500 company w/ excellent benefits, target salary 75k. I was previously offered a job at another company where the 75k salary was guaranteed for the first year. Most people make much more than this once their comp fully ramps up, but, I would have to work in the office. I declined the offer, but now the CEO wants to meet with me several months later. Would I be crazy if I asked for 100k guaranteed salary?

What is the general ranking for A-SC firm benefits across commercial management consulting?

Help - how do I fight claims by scammer healthcare providers?

I recently went to 2 different providers.

Dentist, made appt via Zocdoc to see a dentist that was in network. Another dentist at the location saw me instead who was out of network. I have text evidence they said it would be covered before visit. Claim was denied - asking for ~500 dollars.

Saw a specialist who’s office staff verified my insurance would fully cover the claim. Get the claim, says they are out of network. Owe 600.

I’m currently working for a small technical consulting start-up firm. I make good money, have great benefits, and they seem very happy with the work I’m doing, so I know I could move up quickly. However, tech consulting is definitely not my dream job. I want to get into data analytics, and I have an offer from a big company to do just that. Is the executive order from June impacting people who had an h1b stamped and moved jobs? Since the h1b would need an amendment if someone changes jobs, would that pose a risk? Any folks who have moved jobs on h1b in the last month or so?
