I just found out I didn't get the job after my first interview. It's a little confusing because the recruiter sent me some great feedback about how I did. I felt like I really hit it off with him and the team, so I'm wondering if it is okay to ask for another shot. Would it look bad to ask for a re-interview, or is it better to just accept the feedback and keep looking?

I've been in that situation. It is hard to say what went wrong . After an interview that went well, I learned that I didn't get the job. I reached out to the hiring manager to find out what went wrong or why I didn't get the offer. He didn't reply.

So, after a while I gave up. Remember, it might not be you. They may have decided to close the position. It could be anything. Don't take it personally. Just go on to the next interview.
