If a person has been..oh let’s say an operations manager for 12 years, and is seeking a role as ..oh let’s say operations manager at a different company, it’s the same job it’s a different company, and that person applies every freaking time the role opens again (7 times in 9 months) and that person never gets a freaking phone call, is the person to really believe that there is someone else more qualified.. all those freaking times?
