Received a job offer via video call. The hiring manager was thoroughly providing pertinent information and everything was going well. Then as she said, “…with a starting salary of…” the connection cut out. 🤣 Came back on as she was explaining the time period for bonuses.
Don’t worry, I explained what happened and got the numbers. But damn, does the universe have a sense of humor sometimes.

Got aoffer from a local tech startup as a entry level AE-MSP. I am 22/M and been with my current company for only 2 months as an AE but hate everything about the job except the pay and W/L balance. Are there any Workers Compensation MO Claims Adjuster here? I handle complex MO claims, which include review and authorization of surgeries. Basically, if the EE is not LT, the MO Adjuster manages the claims to closure. As an MO Adjuster, is that what you do? At what point do you transfer claims to LT Adjuster? I have a offer from ey india - client morgan Stanley with offer -23 lpa fix + 20 percent variable. I will be working from pune location. Project will be somewhat relevant to fraud detection
Another offer is from citi with 24 lpa,project related to market risk And third offer from hsbc of 20 lpa with project related to insurance domain and i will part of a team they call as api team.
