Should i consider switching? Please suggest. YoE-3.6 years. Current CTC- 10.7 Lpa. Tech stack- Java Spring Boot.

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.
