Lol Deloitte offered me no sign on bonus and my same salary for a lateral Senior Associate move. Is this normal when making lateral moves in consulting?

My wife is currently interviewing for an associate/ assistant manager at accenture and a senior associate at kpmg. Both would be in the consulting arms, HR software implementations. Should I leave my 400k total comp in-house job (10 YOE) to make 550k at a biglaw firm as Counsel/Senior Associate with potential for partner track?

Stay at Deloitte with a base salary of 79k as a experienced analyst or leave for PwC at 91k with 10k signing bonus and a accelerated time line to senior associate? Built a good relationship with a PPMD at Deloitte and don't want to burn that bridge.

Let’s talk about carry. When are folks at your firm granted carry? How much and what are the vesting terms? How do you consider carry in terms of your total comp?
I’ll start. At my MM firm, carry is granted based on fundraising and can be granted as early as associate for the right person, though usually senior associate and up. Vesting is immediate and paid out as fund investments are exited.

Pwc offered senior associate @ 16 lpa fixed + variable + 1 joining bonus + gratuity +insurance

How much variable I can expect ( they stated 7-25%)?
How much will be in-hand?

What is the typically salary for a senior associate in management consulting at KPMG vs PwC.

Anyone know what the average starting salary at PwC is for a senior associate? And if the yearly merit increases are pretty good? I received a job offer last week and looking to sign by end of this week. Looking at thoughts on the company and for me career. I will be on the cyber security IFS team.
