How flexible is to change project in Brillio ?
Have a formal offer at Citi for 120K as an AVP in the NY office. Currently making 92K at my current role where I feel there’s not much room to grow anymore. Is this a fair offer? I currently WFH pretty much full time at my current role which has been amazing, but it seems like Citi would require me to be there 2-3 days in the office per week - and this is something I’m very hesitant about. Thoughts on how to approach this?
Any ideas on the pay range for the US Regional Meetings Lead Amgen? I’ve been agency based for quite a long time. I have worked with Amgen previously, currently serving another pharma, but looking to make the leap to the client side. Trying to see if the pay would be worth it at this juncture.

That's really interesting. I've noticed a lot of people being laid off, of course. But I hadn't made the connection between the open hostility to diversity and job losses. It would be interesting to see some actual reporting on something like that. I wouldn't be surprised if your experience reflected a larger trend.

I think more context is needed OP. Is your industry heavily dominated by this demographic? Is this something you’ve noticed just these last couple of weeks? Could this be just a coincidence?
I’ve sent thousands of cold outbound emails over the last two years and have chalked bounced back emails to nothing more than they’ve left the company or have been affected by a layoff. Much less have I ever monitored anyone’s gender or race of who I’m reaching out to.
