Recruiting *Senior* Salesforce Admin. Citizen/Perm Resident living in the US, otherwise, fully remote. Enterprise communications/tech company. Good company--lots of cash; making moves; stable. Excellent Manager reporting to an excellent manager. Stack includes Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, SFMC, and SFCC. Work centers around Service Cloud + Commerce Cloud. Flexible comp but prefer to land at the $130-140k base. Stellar benefits.

Anyone know what career has a better trajectory in terms of salary and growth potential? Investor relations/consultant relations at an asset manager, or an actual consultant at one of the investment consulting firms (Cambridge associates, Aon, Mercer, etc.)

What is the salary range for IT Development manager with L10 level ?

Current: Deloitte Tech Consulting, SC with manager promo extremely likely next year, 155k base, 20-30k bonus
Exit opp: Small T2 Ops group, Manager,180k base, 30-70k bonus, growing practice

T2 benefits are slightly worse, WLB will be worse, but likely more interesting work.

Take the money and run right?

Landed a good offer from a company but I think I can do better. Asked for a signing bonus but they refused. Got a similar offer from a company I am not as excited about and I am using it as a leverage but still refused. What else I can do?

Thinking about going to my current manager and ask him to match the offer and if so come back with that to the current recruiter.

Any more ideas?

I was promoted from Supervisor to
Assistant Manager within the last
month, prior to my previous
manager being replaced. This is my
second promotion in just under a
year at the company. Based on the
salary I feel undervalued and
demotivated (I'm on just over £30k
and have 3 direct reports in a team
of 12), particularly as my efforts to
negotiate my salary were shot down.
Any advice would be welcomed.

Stay in my current Product Manager role at General Motors (avg salary, not learning/progressing PdM space, good wlb, lots of work but lots of politics, messy process and conflicts with other teams) OR move into a Senior PdM at Mapbox (higher salary, RSUs, unknown culture, unknown wlb, etc.). Mapbox is intriguing because I feel like it will help me grow as a product manager, but I’m a little worried this may be “grass is greener on other side” scenario.

Any thoughts on expected compensation in the industrial-military complex at a mid-senior level? Example titles would be Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager Associate Director at a company like Raytheon, Lockheed, NG, etc. Related expertise would be in software engineering, cybersecurity, program management, etc.

For people who have been an implementation specialist, what role are you in now? Feel free to add your comp😁 Just getting ideas since I recently left my job as an Account Manager and have been interviewing for an implementation specialist position.

I just got an offer for a hybrid Product Owner / Scrum Master / Project manager role for a SWD company.

Wonder what I should counter. I have five direct YOE and two indirect.

Base: $145k
Bonus: +10%

It feels a bit low but it’s also more than I make now.

Just made manager at a big 4 with experience in IT audit, Internal Audit, and SOX mainly. Considering leaving as I’ve started feeling more and more burnt out. But I have no idea what my options are. I’m considering trying to change fields completely versus finding an industry job related to IA, Sox, etc… even if it means taking a step back. What would be something I could change to? A program manager role, business analyst, or something else? Trying to maintain similar salary vs improve WLB.

Hey everyone I’m currently an L6 Tech Manager at Amazon and was contacted about a Security Engineer Manager role at Meta. It’s within my skill set but I’m not sure the comparable ranges are. I’m seeing M1 SDE with a comp of ~$650k. How would a seceng manager compare to that?

I have an offer to work at a great Fintech. It’s manager title and I’m happy with the 33% pay bump. However, they want me to start asap which means I’ll miss out on my bonus and promo to SC (comes in Oct).

1. Should I be asking for a sign on bonus? I know tech is a bit strapped right now
2. Has anyone ever received their bonus even though they left one month before? It’s a late EOY bonus for the work done in FY2022 (I know this is weird, just how it is)

Hi! I’m a Finance Manager whose looking to move to Austin, TX soon. What should I expect as a salary range with that same position?

Been with my current company for 6 years. Started in customer service and added HR responsibilities year 1. Now do on-boarding,recruiting, phone screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer letters, medical enrollment, and revamped employee handbook. I hold the HR Manager title when dealing with paperwork but my CEO still has not made an official announcement and my pay is not the market rate of an HR Manager. Majority of my work is still in Customer Service.
