I run a small SaaS startup. I am looking for a growth manager for my company, who can wear multiple hats. She should be able to do presales as well as helping me in the building strategies for the company. Any help, what should I look for in an ideal candidates? Hey all, transitioned from the military last spring and got a UX product manager position at a bank.

Pay is good, but missing the mission aspect of work. Have interview offers from Microsoft and Amazon for cleared PM work, but most of them are less product manager work and more adjacent program work.

This might just be grass is greener thinking, but would love to hear if you have made the transition if you enjoy cleared PM work or do you wish you stayed in the non-cleared space?

I prepared a presentation for an interview with a sales leader, it went well and I was offered a final interview with regional manager. The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?

Can you objectively look at Trump’s record without letting your emotions alter the insights?

I know my firm wouldn’t ever let me actually represent someone as an RE agent, so then I’m wondering if there’s really any value to me getting a license?

I have an experience of 6 years in Production and Application Support. I have worked as middleware administrator as well for Jboss and Weblogic.
But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.
Do companies hire for AWS profiles with good packages at beginners level?
