I've been applying for different jobs in various fields. I want to pivot my career in education towards either working with animals or in senior care. I have many transferable skills for both, but I can't even get an interview. I don't want to put how long I've worked in education for fear of ageism. For my cover letters, I research the company and think I'd be a good fit....but hear crickets. Any tips are greatly appreciated!
