I think cognizant has the worst HRs, like i dropped an email a couple of weeks ago to re-negotiate my offer but they didn't care to respond. It's always bad..If you are in CTS, Thalvar always hangs on your neck and the floor you are standing always remain on the verge of collapse taking you to pathal lok..

They will not provide any goodies or gift
Increment letter that's why they are delaying it
Assume this as a positive comment, among all the negatives here. Kuch toh denge in all positive sense.
The hike letter and some low quality dry fruits.
