Even though how hard I'm trying, I'm not getting shortlisted for interview process. I'm getting no calls from Employers not getting shortlisted for any interview.
I'm indeed a good developer with many achievements. I can give very good results at my work space. I want any employer to consider me for an interview.

How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?
