How much should I expect a Strategy Analyst role at Disney to pay if they require 2+ years of consulting or IB experience?

I’m currently looking to transition from my current role at SAP to Microsoft in a Business Strategy Analyst role (Based in West Coast). I graduated in 2021 form a dual masters in International Business and Finance, and have vast extracurriculars in professional sports. Just had a recruiter reach out on LinkedIn wanting to place me in a strategy and ops role at a tech company... I am not interested in leaving my firm, but am curious to see my options. How do you guys play it when you get these? Just agree and say you would love to hear more? Would that look bad if it got back to your employer? Not sure what is normal
