Need advice. I’m a 2nd year Analyst making $80K/yr. I contribute 6% to my 401k, $100/mth to a ETF index fund, and save ~10k year. How is my saving strategy? Am I doing pretty well?

I’m an entry level analyst - maxing out 401k, HSA, Roth IRA, and ESPP. I’m technically losing money but dipping into a 10k Savings account to compensate. Do yourecommend restructuring or think I’m ok?
