Got an offer from Deloitte as an IT Audit Manager. Experienced hire with broad audit experience - $135k + 30k signing bonus. This is far below what Im making now. Am I being low balled or is this normal rate? Will reject it but looking for any insight why they wasted time knowing the comp before hand.
