I just got my H1B transfer approval notice! This took a little over a month after my case been submitted. I wanted to share the good news since I had also checked FB frequently for any advices.

In a predicament folks .. my new employer hired me into a full time role into the US but the immigration team has only done a TN for 10 months due to some administrative mistakes and now the paper work is done. I am working to see how i get this addressed as I cannot even sigh a lease for a 1 year place or lease a car if my status is under 1 year. I am confident they will renew me but it puts me in a jam. Any advice on this? Has anyone seen this?
